A: Diarrhea is caused by many variables; existing health conditions, medications, bacteria, parasites, food intolerances, and a high intake of individual macronutrients. This book will help prevent, guide and manage diarrhea.

 

Q: Will this tell me how to cure headaches?  

A: Headaches are caused by multiple situations, including and not limited to; underlying health issues, overexertion, caffeine withdrawal, medication, altitude, overexposure to environmental elements.  This book will provide guidance on how to prevent or minimize head pain. Seek medical help if headaches persist.

 

Q: Will this help me to keep from having muscle cramps?  

A: Cramping is usually caused by dehydration, imbalance of electrolytes and minerals, and/or overexertion. This book provides suggestions to prevent cramps.
